菅直人：早知福島核電廠地下水污染

【蔡文英／台北報導】日本前首相菅直人今天上午在台北接受《蘋果》專訪，針對日本政府最近提出，要在福島第一核電廠建造圍阻污染水的擋水牆。菅直人表示，因電廠下方原本就有地下水流過。2011年事發後就知道會有地下水污染問題。


菅直人表示，東京電力和當時菅政府就曾討論，採用金屬板深入地下岩盤深入比地下水更深處，將水整個擋起來，但東電因費用過高，後來並未付諸實行。如今問題日益嚴重，他希望安倍政府即使花費再高，也能要好好處理此問題。
