專門跑3DMAX 和MAYA的配備

本人對3DMAX 和MAYA有興趣(有想要把興趣當工作)
但是不知道說電腦的配備需要多少再運算3D程式的時候
不會LAG
現在用的是補習班的電腦，但是想要自己組裝價格在3萬以上
作業系統Windows 7可以嗎??

(MAC電腦也不錯，專門在跑繪圖體的電腦)
