太平山區逢大雨必淹　民眾怒批市府踢皮球

【蔡智銘／台中報導】太平區頭汴坑長龍路一段521號附約100公尺路段每逢大雨，山上洪水流到馬路造成嚴重淹水，聖和里長王龍文說，最高曾淹到50公分，居民苦不堪言，許多住戶花錢裝設水閘門，外地民眾不明白，山上怎麼也會淹水？更諷刺的是，頭汴坑溪就在馬路旁邊，水卻排不進溪裡。
 
市議員黃秀珠說，921地震後地勢下陷，是淹水主因，多次向市府反映，都沒有下文，好不容易今年水利局同意施作山坡排水溝，但連接的馬路側溝及箱涵，建設局卻拒絕配合，認為應由水利局一併處理，兩單位互踢皮球，讓民眾生命財產受損。
