【短片】假處分生效　王金平撤回行政訴訟

【丁牧群／台北報導】王金平的委任律師許英傑中午到台北高等行政法院撤回停止執行的假處分，許英傑表示，因為台北地院上午已將王金平仍保有國民黨員權利的執行命令，送達國民黨、立法院、中選會等3處，許因此認為，已經可確保王金平黨員及立委資格，因此向行政法院撤回原先所提出的假處分聲請。

許英傑並表示，暫時不會向行政法院提出行政訴訟，由於國民黨已經決定下周將針對北院的假處分裁定，向高院抗告，難道王金平方面不擔心有變數？許英傑表示，他們有自己的訴訟節奏，因此並不擔心。
