8月來北市添52名車下亡魂　加強取締改善

【張芳榮／台北報導】台北市1月至8月共52人死於車禍，其中以機車機騎士30人最多。因此，台北市警局特別規劃「改善機車行車秩序執行計畫」，針對機車易肇事路口、路段，加強取締機車酒後駕車、闖紅燈、逆向駕駛、轉彎未依規定、行駛禁行機車道及未依2段式左轉、嚴重超速等各項交通違規行為，減少交通事故發生。

台北市警局交通大隊分析車禍肇事原因，其中有10件是駕駛人搶越行人穿越道，呼籲駕駛人駕車行經行人穿越線時，應暫停檢視有無行人穿越，切勿搶先通行，遵從行人優先的原則；轉彎時，除遵守號誌指示轉彎外，也應開啟方向燈並禮讓直行車先行，確認安全無虞再行駛，另提醒直行車輛重視防禦觀念，發現對向車輛欲轉彎時，應減速慢行。
