王金平撤行政假處分聲請　律師：「院長權益已獲保障」

【丁牧群／台北報導】王金平上午在官邸與律師團討論後，中午委由律師許英傑到台北高等行政法院撤銷前天提出的「暫時處分(假處分)」聲請。 許英傑說明理由：「台北地院民事庭的執行命令，今早已送達國民黨、中選會、立法院，相信這些機關不會有任何違反法院及命令的動作，而且黨籍既然存在，立委、院長職務自然存在，王院長權益已獲保障，沒必要耗費司法資源打行政訴訟，目前在台北高等行政法院沒有任何案件。」但他不願說明先前向行政法院聲請暫時處分的具體內容。
 
記者問許難道不擔心國民黨針對北院裁定，提起抗告會翻盤，許信心滿滿說：「抗告也不會停止執行( 北院暫時處分)，且後續還有救濟程序，我們只能就最新狀況，作最佳因應，我們有我們的節奏。」
