【丁牧群／台北報導】中壢一名女子去年5月不滿男友沉迷網路遊戲，讓她成為「網路寡婦」，兩人大吵一架後，女子不顧外面下雨，只穿一襲性感薄紗睡衣就衝到屋外散心，不料在路邊被色狼張茂富（43歲，毒品、竊盜等前科）盯上。張男假意問她：「要不要穿雨衣？」隨即抓她頭髮拖進暗巷，扯下女子內褲，一手摸胸、另一手手指插入陰道性侵。
 
張男接著掏出陽具想插入女子陰道，但她掙扎抵抗，張男只好把陰莖塞在女子大腿間磨蹭，沒幾分鐘後突然問一句：「有沒有射到妳？」女子頓時覺得「腳黏黏的」，但張男射精後意猶未盡，繼續上下其手，女子為了脫身，假意對張男說：「帶你回我家。」兩人走出暗巷時，正好遇到女子的男友在找她，女子大聲呼救，張男急忙騎車逃逸，警方依據監視器畫面，循線逮捕張男。最高法院今依強制性交罪，判張男7年徒刑定讞。
