執行死刑　羅瑩雪：若有必要會簽署

【徐珮君／台北報導】前法務部長曾勇夫涉關說案請辭，行政院政務委員羅瑩雪確定接掌法務部，對於外界關心她上任後是否會簽署執行死刑，羅表示，如有必要，將會簽署。羅也坦言，事前曾向行政院長江宜樺推薦優秀的人選，但江揆幾經考慮，仍認為她適合出任。

羅瑩雪說，出任法務部長是重大且沉重的責任，為了大局考量，同意出任法務部長。至於外界質疑羅沒有法官、檢察官的資歷卻出任法務部長，羅指出，這也是她向江揆推薦檢察體系出身人選的原因，但江揆認為她曾在法務部工作，也擔任律師工作，與檢察、司法體系接觸密切，「這方面不算生疏，應該可以勝任部長。」
