新北城鄉局三圖合一 多元城鄉資訊查詢更容易

(記者黃秀麗新北報導)新北市政府城鄉發展局今天推出三圖(都市計畫分區圖、地籍圖及地形圖)合一查詢服務，讓民眾快速了解房屋所在的土地使用分區、地形以及地籍資料，一次查詢即可獲得多項資訊，民眾不再需要奔波多處，預計也能減少房屋購買的糾紛。

新北市政府城鄉發展局以效率、便民、節約為目標，致力於城鄉資訊e化與民眾易接近性，預計102年9月底陸續針對已完成地籍圖重測及都市計畫圖重製通檢地區(包括土城(頂埔地區)、永和、蘆洲、新莊及台北港特定區開放三圖合一查詢服務，以提升行政效率增進民眾查詢的便利性！

城鄉發展局局長張璠表示，本局為了提高民眾查詢城鄉資訊之便利性，從102年下半年度起，將陸續提供一系列分區及地形圖查詢服務，透過多元服務提供，讓民眾對都市計畫更易瞭解。首先，自102年9月23日起開放土城(頂埔地區)三圖合一查詢服務(網址http://landzone2.planning.ntpc.gov.tw/urdmap/map/)，民眾屆時可以透過現況圖瞭解所在地周遭都市計畫，不僅能帶給民眾多元且便利查詢服務，也可提供府內同仁業務規劃參考使用，以提高行政效率。2013/09/23
