當街剝皮取銅線　人贓俱獲送辦

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市1名51歲吳姓男子因缺錢購買毒品，昨晚騎腳踏車行經土城區中華路時，發現1棟大樓門口外擺放2捆電線，吳男臨時起意想將電線偷走準備變賣，因為沒帶工具，便以要修理腳踏車為藉口，向附近加油站員工借老虎鉗來剝電線外皮，以取得銅線。
 
但由於吳男行徑相當怪異，被巡邏警員發現，當場人贓俱獲，還從腳踏車上的包包內查獲安非他命吸食器。吳嫌落網後辯稱，原以為電線是別人不要丟棄的，才會想拿去資源回收廠變賣，而毒品吸食器則是朋友寄放在他那裡的。警方訊後依竊盜、毒品危害防制條例等罪嫌將吳男移送法辦。
