中和青年住宅明動工　2016年完工

【李定宇／新北報導】新北進行青年住宅開發營運，首波動土的中和基地明天動工，預計2016年完工啟用，提供978戶只租不售青年住宅，吸引年輕族群就業居住。城鄉局說，明日動土的中和區青年住宅，基地鄰近捷運環狀線景平站，面積將近1公頃，規劃設置公托中心及活動中心，該建案採70年地上權，由日勝生出資興建營運，期滿後移轉產權給政府。
 
全案70%為青年住宅使用，30%為BOT附屬事業，規劃住宅與商業設施，並以使用權方式出售。青年住宅租金估算合理市價租金優先開放給20到40歲青年承租其中30%青年住宅約336戶，將以低於市價8折的租金優惠，出租給較為弱勢的青年。
