【於慶中／綜合外電報導】泰國政局仍然不穩，不過首都曼谷市內的氣氛，早上較前兩日平靜，四大商場包括Central World、Siam Paragon、Siam Centre和Siam Discovery停業一日後，今天恢復營業，但示威者持續遊行到三個政府機構，包括：警局、政府行政辦公大樓和國會，他們遊行其間一度企圖移走圍欄和鐵絲網，遭保安人員施放催淚彈阻止。外界擔心稍晚將爆發新一輪衝突，聯合國已關閉位於曼谷的辦公室。

帶領這次反政府示威的領袖素貼(Suthep Thaugsuban)昨天號召全國人民今天起罷工罷課，並向總理盈拉發出最後通牒，限她兩日內「還政於民」。位於政府辦公大樓附近的學校和辦公室，擔心局勢進一步惡化，今天都已經關閉，曼谷至少有60間學校停課。

另外，聯合國安全部門向當地的職員發放電子郵件，指曼谷今天可能有大規模示威行動，呼籲員工避免靠近示威區或政府大樓，而法國駐泰國大使館也警告員工，避免走上曼谷街頭，應留在家中暫避。
