使用執照沒拿到　澎最大BOT飯店恐終止

【許逸民／澎湖報導】澎湖還在興建中的福朋大飯店，今天因未能如期提出使用執照，面臨違約遭澎湖縣政府終止契約窘境。今天到場瞭解工進的澎湖縣政府旅遊處副處長蔡有忠表示，工程持續進行中，但顯未能如期於今天提出使用執照，因此依照契約的違約規定，縣府得終止合約，但最後仍由縣長裁定。

福朋大飯店是澎湖唯一接近完工的BOT案，預計投入金額23萬元，目前光租金、權利金和逾期罰款，已繳付4100萬元，成為澎縣府『穩定』財源。但因副縣長呂永泰日前在議會備詢時脫口說「未能如期取照將終止契約，將要求拆屋還地」，受到各界關心。
