馬總統：8年8百億治水 確有成效

天兔颱風來襲，馬總統今天提到八年八百億確有成效。馬總統在臉書上表示，他昨天到中央災害應變中心，包括台南市、嘉義縣等都提出治水預算問題，他向地方首長們說明，過去政府提出的八年八百億治水預算，執行後確有相當效果。

他說，面對外界對水患未解的相關質疑，中央會盡快在3個月內完成八年八百億治水成效評估，並研究未來治水時如何納入國土規畫理念。
