【短片】狙殺黑道老大　槍手帶槍身投案

【石永軒／新北報導】上個月7日在街頭遭「行刑式」開槍擊斃的天道盟份子劉芳成（50歲），警方追查槍手近2個月，昨晚10時許，1名遭通緝的嫌犯吳俊廷（32歲）突然現身投案，還帶著沒有槍管、滑套的生鏽槍身，聲稱自己就是槍手，供稱雙方因為行車糾紛，才會氣憤地開槍狂轟對方。

吳嫌向警方表示，犯案時騎乘的機車已經推入淡水河，作案槍枝也拆解，將滑套、彈匣、槍管分三次丟入新莊中港大排，警方也已派員打撈，但是懷疑吳嫌避重就輕，將會持續追查有無其他犯案動機或是否冒名頂替。
