開車講電話 不慎撞死老婦

中秋月圓人不圓！41歲詹姓男子昨中午要到豐原區廟宇拜拜，在三豐路1022路口前因找不到路倒車，感覺壓到東西，下車查看驚覺撞倒75歲老嫗。

老婦脾臟、左股骨及骨盆閉鎖性骨折，送醫急救但下午4點40分過世。

警方說，撞擊點為車子後保險桿，研判可能為後照鏡死角，全案朝過失致死偵辦。

警方調查，經營腳踏車零配件的愛爾蘭外商公司詹姓員工，到三豐路前疑因不熟路況，拿手機問路，倒車時撞及老婦；經目擊者表示，肇事車輛倒車時可能感覺有碰撞，又把車往前開，疑因此又有第二次撞擊。

承辦檢察官召開臨時庭訊問，詹姓男子表示自己並非故意，事發後也馬上通知救護車急救。

死者兒子表示，母親身體硬朗，自己種菜、賣菜，昨要參加每年固定去的普渡盛會，卻遭此不幸；家人氣憤指肇事者行駛下坡時，還在講電話，希望檢方用蓄意殺人罪名起訴。
