內政部租金補貼開辦　新北2周爆4433戶

【洪安怡／新北報導】內政部「整合住宅補貼資源實施方案」，提供購屋、修繕、租金3大補助，即日起受理至8月30日。往年租金補貼以新北市申請最為踴躍，今年開放申請不到2周，申請量已達配額的88%。

新北市政府住宅發展科科長陳建吉指出，租金補貼申請量不斷增長，自2010年申請戶數約1.3萬戶，至2012年已超過2.6萬戶。去年度新北市配額僅4480戶，提出申請者可獲補助的比例僅17%，顯示僧多粥少。

今年新北市民眾申請仍十分踴躍，租金補貼配額為5015戶，至8月1日申請者已達4433戶。符合資格的民眾，在受理期間內皆可前往辦理，市府將依補助類別加以審核。
