二手筆電 值得嗎?

嗯...最近跟老闆的老公買了技嘉的筆電

I7 4核星 17吋螢幕 還附光碟機

重點是這台是二手，至少用了一年
我回家之後還發現鍵盤有四個按鍵不能按

然後這台要兩萬塊

直接從薪水裡扣。請問我這樣是被騙了嗎?
我該怎麼辦?雖然是買二手，但是鍵盤壞掉我該怎麼反應?
花兩萬塊有賺到嗎?我不知道，但我有一種被騙的感覺

而且當初我們也有寫簡單的合約:x月x日我XXX購買XXX的筆電，兩萬塊直接從薪水裡面扣。XXX筆
只是簡單寫

我不知道我自己去商店買比較好，還是買這種二手的好

不知道有沒有保障就是了

啊啊....我都不知道該怎麼辦了
