美QE不變 台股盤整

台股昨天再度回檔，觀望氣氛濃，但美國聯準會（Fed）寬鬆政策（QE）維持不變，美股漲跌互見，短期變數至少減少一件。

7月31日台股受宏達電跌停，以及等待美國Fed動向，再度轉為區間震盪的整理走勢。尤其，在高價電子股領跌下，包括IC設計、記憶體模組、光學鏡頭、手機相關、網路設備、光碟片，跌幅都超過2%，LCD面板跌幅更高達5%以上，拖累大盤技術指標下跌。

法人分析，Fed維持850億美元的購債計劃不變，至少市場觀望的變數減少一件，但接著還有歐盟、英國央行會議，明天將有美國的就業報告等，台股恐仍繼續區間整理。
