我工作8年多作類比IC 因為工作原因也不少認識作RF跟類比的人 說真的除非你待類比公司 或者瑞X比較特殊點公司 你的分紅就是比數位IC少 我還聽過有比系統部門少 我身邊不少優秀的人 學經歷好看 大學碩士都112~114 但是要擠進去類比或RF部門 前幾間賺錢進不去 你類比的部分對整個產品來說 佔的比重不高 很多老闆認為這些東西不重要 分的就少 算是支援部門 即使有辦法擠進去賺錢公司 給的也還好 前輩年資又很高 不見的可以分多少 但是我不後悔走這條路 因為是興趣 作起來很輕鬆 加上我學歷不如我那些朋友好 那些賺錢公司我沒機會進去 反而在一些小公司混 他們是把我當人才 雖然薪水大概只有那些賺錢公司8折 但是整體很輕鬆還是不錯 缺點是不知道公司稱道什麼時候 等到我年資很高時候出去 是否其他公司願意把我當作CP值高的人才 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.163.142
