股東憂持股價值稀釋 夏普挫跌

在日本電子大廠夏普發行新股籌資14億美元前夕，公司股價7日收盤重挫8.2%至291日圓，創五個月新低，原因是部分股東擔心夏普發行新股可能使其持股價值減少約三成。

夏普股東7日都在盤算公司發行新股會對其持股造成什麼影響。東京一家外商銀行的資深經紀員表示，他們預估夏普增資後現有股票價值會稀釋掉30%，對既有股東衝擊甚大。

夏普7日盤後呈報財務省的申報資料顯示，夏普計劃以每股279日圓的價格發行新股給公眾和三家公司，以籌得多達1,365億日圓（14.08億美元），發行價約比7日收盤價折價4%。其中公開發行新股可籌得1,191億日圓（12.29億美元），發行新股給Denso、Lixil和Makita等三家公司，可取得174億日圓（1.79億美元）資金。夏普將用這些資金償還部分債務，以穩定財務。
