總統府能否列入調閱對象　朝野吵成一團

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院司法委員會下午討論「監聽調閱專案小組」運作要點草案，草擬條文包括「調閱對象為司法院及其所屬、法務部及其所屬、國防部、國安局等相關機關」，「小組會議召開時，得邀請被調閱文件之機關首長率同有關人員列席說明」。民進黨團總召柯建銘認為，總統府也應加入調閱對象，但國民黨立委都反對，認為總統府不可能負責監聽，不應被列為調閱對象。

朝野立委多次協商，會議進行約兩小時仍無共識，之後藍委都離席，主席吳宜臻只好宣布，因開會人數不足，擇期再討論。
