偵測同性戀　科威特推醫學檢測

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】同性戀在波斯灣六國，包括巴林、科威特、卡達、阿曼、沙烏地阿拉伯和阿拉伯聯合大公國，早就被列為是違法，現在科威特更進一步控管同性戀，聲稱研發出可偵測同性戀的醫學測試，一但被測出是同性戀，將禁止入境科威特以及其他5個波灣國家。
 
科威特公共衛生部長米卡爾(Yousouf Midkar)受訪時表示，計畫移民、暫居或在波灣六國旅遊以及工作的外國人士，都必須接受同性戀檢測，通過測驗者才能入境，在科威特21歲以下涉及同性戀活動的人，最高可處以10年有期徒刑。
 
全球目前有78個國家將男同性戀視為違法，49個國家禁止女同性戀，同性戀在伊朗、沙烏地阿拉伯、蘇丹、葉門和茅利塔尼亞這5個國家，則是會處以死刑。
