此文為代po， 雖然時間有點久遠，但還是請大家幫個忙！ 感激。 ----------------------------------------------------------- 2013年5月1日中午12:15時，於台南市開元路發生機車車禍，我方為外車道（左側）直行 ，對方由外車道（右側）突然左向轉彎至內、外車道分隔線，我方閃躲且剎車不及後撞上 對方。當下雙方帶傷，我方剎車痕3.6公尺，事故現場非路口，內側車道有雙黃線應為禁 行機車路段。 　　事故示意圖上註明對方是由外車道（右側）作“向左轉向”，被我方直行車撞上。但 初判書上僅提到應為我方無保持車距及注意前方車況所致，對方尚無發現肇事因素；而對 兩車行進方向無任何考量。 　　　今日前往調解，對方除強制險外另堅持要求賠償10餘萬（對方為紅豆餅店自營業主 ，主張其2個月無法工作，診斷書上無註明，但無建議休養期限），今日調解無果，對方 已準備提告。 　　　事故現場無監視器，今急須該事故之視頻以証明對方突然左轉。如有人目擊或有該 事故之視頻，煩請連繫0937857234或mail至　wallace.chen@worldveg.org陳先生。謝謝 ！！ ------------------------------------------------------------ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.116.63.54
