天兔來襲／屏東九棚海水倒灌 村民撤離

強颱天兔暴風圈涵蓋南臺灣陸地，屏東地區首當其衝，屏東縣滿州鄉九棚村海水倒灌撤離村民。

21日早上5時許，海水漲潮，加上天兔颱風助威，導致海水倒灌進滿州鄉九棚村。村長許志成表示，「活到60多歲，還沒見過這種景象，以為是海嘯來襲。」

為了安全起見，許志成在上午10點請軍方協助撤離九棚村民，到中午為止，共撤離11戶40餘人。
