K毒男遇臨檢露餡　還偷發熱衣辯要送母

【黃楷棟／新北報導】新北市保安大隊今天凌晨在華江橋下執行路檢勤務，發現1名自小客車駕駛陳姓男子（29歲）神色有異，小隊長陳昆城便請陳男下車，隨後在陳男右後口袋皮夾裡發現1小包的K他命，又在小客車後座發現3包全新的絲柔發熱衣，陳男坦承「是稍早在北市便利商店偷來的。」
 
警方調查，有竊盜前科的陳男今天凌晨近1時在北市復興北路上1家便利超商閒逛，看見陳列在架上的絲柔發熱衣，一時手癢偷走3件發熱衣，還興高采烈回到車上抽起K煙。陳男向警方說：「偷來的發熱衣是要送給母親當禮物。」讓警方當場斥責他「孝心用錯了地方」。警方訊後依毒品及竊盜罪嫌將陳男移送法辦。
