拖欠28億電費　菲律賓1省遭斷電

【綜合報導】菲律賓中部阿爾拜省(Albay)因累積虧欠9300萬美元(約新台幣28億元)的電費，電力公司在昨天切斷電力供應，導致全省漆黑一片。

當地能源管轄單位表示，阿爾拜省在15年來已拖欠9300萬美元的電費，因此決定祭出斷電手段。阿爾拜省省長則回應正努力解決問題，現在當地因為斷電，店舖必須提早關門，醫院及辦公室則使用備用電力維持服務。
