教長蔣偉寧：中華民國首都是台北

教育部前天發公文給中小學，說明社會科教具採購原則，提到目前我國首都應為南京，引發爭議。教育部長蔣偉寧今天下午在人才培育白皮書記者會後指出，1949年中央政府遷到台灣後，中央政府在台北，首都很明確就是台北，同事是因參考過去的資料，用舊的文件來解讀，教育部會再發函給各校更正。
