有關於開購物網站的問題

我完全不懂弄網站，但現在想架設一個，很簡單的
1.想有一個會員登入功能，然後登入完才能下載的程序，
2.另一樣是有列表讓他們選取貨品，再把訂單資料電郵給我

這些是否一般DREAMWEAVER書都有教的？還是用另一些東西去做？

另外如果再深入些，讓他們選取貨品後自動把貨品加進購物籃，並直接付費
這樣又應該怎做？

有什麼書和網站有這類教學的？或者有沒有專門替人做好了基本設計版面的購物網站，我只需付費申請就可？
