主計總處國情統計通報顯示，依交通部統計，102年1至5月高速公路收費站通行車輛數2.4億輛次，較上年同期增0.8％，ETC車道通行數較上年同期增 63.8 ％，占全部通行車輛數（平均通行率）達72.1 ％。

交通部統計顯示，今年1至5月高速公路收費站通行車輛數較去年同增略增0.8％，其中小型車通行輛次增1.2％， 大客貨車及聯結分別減0.3％及3.0％。ETC車道通行數在全面實施免費供裝eTag活動與通行費九折優惠下，較上年同期增 63.8 ％， 占全部通行車輛數達72.1 ％。就各高速公路通行量觀察，以國道1號1.5 億輛次，占全部通行車輛數6成比重最大，增1.5％，國道5號也增1.3％，國道3號則減0.5％；通行費收入87.9億元，減5.2％。
