基隆航海節 展示軍艦晚會聽歌

（中央社記者黃旭昇基隆市20日電）基隆航海節海洋音樂祭今天晚間在東三號碼頭登場，市長張通榮與民眾共飲乾杯，歌手陳勢安及畢書盡在晚會中聯手演唱。

基隆夏日海洋盛事「2013基隆航海節」，今晚的嘉年華會活動包含海洋DIY體驗、打卡送好禮，還有航海變裝秀，號召民眾穿著或配戴具海洋風格的衣飾。

威海營區今天也展示軍艦，開放參觀「濟陽級巡防艦」，民眾在東二號碼頭觀看海巡船艇。

今天晚會在楓香舞蹈團的「海洋之舞」揭開序幕，張通榮隨後帶領現場民眾「千人共飲、海派乾杯」，隨後熱鬧開唱，藝人梁文音、卓文萱等人精采演出。

市府21日還策劃「夏日愛之船聯誼派對」，將由碧砂漁港乘船出海，欣賞基隆海洋風情。1020720
