王金平國慶致詞 祝馬總統政躬康泰

今天是中華民國102歲生日，國慶大會於上午10時準時開始。大會主席、立法院長王金平首先致詞，除了讚美台灣人的拚搏精神外，也特別提到馬英九總統上任後提出的8項國家願景。最後王金平還特別高喊，祝馬總統政躬康泰，中華民國國運昌隆。

立法院長王金平上午以國慶籌備會主席身分，在國慶大會上發表演說，他說，優質民主、人文氣質、和平、人權、人道，是值得肯定的普世價值將，台灣最美的風景是人的美。他花了很長時間，說明並肯定馬總統上任以來提出的八項國家願景：活力經濟、公義社會、廉能政府、優質文教、永續環境、全面建設兩岸和平、友善國際等，打造黃金十年。請大家一起祝福中華民國102年生日快樂。

最後他恭祝國運昌隆同時，也祝馬總統政躬康泰。
