本身是機研所畢，住台北， 所幸面試還算幸運，得到不少工作機會， 其中，考慮到發展性及待遇最想去的是以下三間： 公司 廣達 華創 仁寶 地點 桃園 新店 內湖 職缺 POBU 機構 動力部 機構 NB 機構 待遇 N*15+ N*16-20 N*14.1+ 出差 美/中 台/日/中 中國 當然三間公司都能學得很多，主要令我猶豫的是： 廣達　薪資結構、福利制度完善（雖說有些可能用不到），固定調薪， 　　　但一個月若花在開車通勤費／租屋約莫8~10K，工時聽說很長。 仁寶 薪資結構眾所皆知，可報加班費，調薪不定，工時也頗長。 華創 薪資較為穩定但較上述兩間少（若廣／仁正常分紅的話），興趣取向， 　　　工時較以上兩間正常。 想請問版上有經驗的業界前輩們是否能提點並指教， 　　　　　　　 非常感謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.191.58
