衛福部：1個月內統一有效期限的標示法

【蔡明樺／台北報導】食品有效期限標示五花八門，立委江啟臣今在立院衛環委員會指，《食品衛生管理法》雖強制要求食品包裝需標示有效期限，但廠商標示方式不一，部分廠商違規僅標示製造日期、保存期限，未標示有效期限，等於要消費者推算食品何時過期，甚至有效期限的西元、民國格式不統一等，造成消費者困擾。衛福部長邱文達要求食品藥物管理署1個月內統一有效期限標示格式，避免民眾困擾。

食藥署副署長吳秀英表示，新版《食品衛生管理法》規定，食品包裝需標示品名、食品添加物名稱、有效期限等，廠商違規未標可罰3萬至300萬元，會加強稽查，因市售食品包含進口食品，包裝標示規範涉及國際貿易，會儘速邀集專家、業者開會研議。
