【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名已婚陳姓婦人，認識一起在工地工作的吳姓男子，去年11月間2人打得火熱，分別在工地內以及吳男住處，發生兩次性關係，事後陳姓婦人的趙姓老公發現有異，追問後陳婦才坦承不倫，陳婦老公氣得提告妨害家庭，被法院判刑2個月，易科罰金6萬元。

陳婦老公不滿意，又對吳男提起刑事附帶民事訴訟，請求賠償慰撫金60萬元，法官認為吳男目前失業中，而陳婦與老公育有2名子女，全家人仍一起生活，還能維持婚姻狀況，衡量吳男通姦對原告家庭幸福所造成的破壞程度，判決賠償20萬元慰撫金，但仍可上訴，若全案定讞，吳男總共要賠償26萬元！
