【聯合新聞網／記者楊又肇／報導】

先前在FCC文件曝光實際外觀的Sony新款Google TV裝置「NSZ-GU1」，目前從相關說明文件證實名稱將是Sony BRAVIA Smart Stick，可讓Sony 2013年後的電視機種直接升級Google TV功能，同時亦可安裝Sony智慧電視平台App。

針對在FCC網站文件曝光外觀的Sony新款Google TV裝置「NSZ-GU1」，目前從官方說明文件證實名稱將是Sony BRAVIA Smart Stick，本身透露HDMI介面與電視端連接，並且支援MHL傳輸。軟體功能除對應Google TV功能，並且可透過Google Play下載對應App內容外，本身也能安裝Sony智慧電視平台所提供App內容。

操作方式如同先前Sony旗下Google TV產品，主要透過一組整合鍵盤功能的遙控器操作，另外也能透過語音識別方式進行控制。至於對應電視規格部分，目前僅限使用於Sony 2013年之後推出的BRAVIA R、S、W、X等系列，其餘機種可能會有相容性問題。

目前還不確定Sony此款Google TV裝置實際上市時程與價格，但Sony估計在近期內將會公布。

微型部落格推特 (Twitter)遞件申請IPO，市場估上市市值可達150億美元，成為美科技股近期大事。此外，近期臉書(Facebook)、騰訊股價也來到歷史新高價位，雖然蘋果推出iPhone 5S和平價版iPhone 5C後，引發失望性賣壓，但市場仍看好，9月為超級科技月，眾多科技新品出爐，後續配合大陸十一長假，北美感恩節、聖誕節等節慶帶動消費性電子產品買氣，有利美科技股多頭氛圍。

富蘭克林坦伯頓科技基金經理人史肯達利表示，不同於前幾年行動裝置剛開始熱銷時，當時科技股投資均聚焦在蘋果、三星等手機品牌業者身上，未來更看好行動裝置高速滲透趨勢下，將啟動新一代的行動商務及社群網路浪潮，有利半導體零組件、巨量資料、通訊設備、資料儲存、資料分析和雲端運算等公司的成長動能。

【丁牧群／台北報導】王金平上午在官邸與律師團討論後，中午委由律師許英傑到台北高等行政法院撤銷前天提出的「暫時處分(假處分)」聲請。 許英傑說明理由：「台北地院民事庭的執行命令，今早已送達國民黨、中選會、立法院，相信這些機關不會有任何違反法院及命令的動作，而且黨籍既然存在，立委、院長職務自然存在，王院長權益已獲保障，沒必要耗費司法資源打行政訴訟，目前在台北高等行政法院沒有任何案件。」但他不願說明先前向行政法院聲請暫時處分的具體內容。
 
記者問許難道不擔心國民黨針對北院裁定，提起抗告會翻盤，許信心滿滿說：「抗告也不會停止執行( 北院暫時處分)，且後續還有救濟程序，我們只能就最新狀況，作最佳因應，我們有我們的節奏。」

【綜合報導】南韓媒體引述北韓消息指，北韓領袖金正恩太太李雪主，原來只有中學教育程度，而且未畢業就被已故領袖金正日欽點為媳婦。

南韓《東亞日報》引用北韓消息人士稱，李雪主的父親為空軍飛行員，母親是一名中學教師。而李雪主曾就讀北韓最大的藝術學校、金星第二中學的專科班。

報導稱，北韓坊間一直相信，金正日生前曾指定李雪主為其媳婦，李雪主之後消失近一年，再次現身時在牡丹峰樂團上班。而以金正恩夫人的身份亮相後，李雪主在牡丹峰樂團時期的DVD一度熱賣，使得平壤政府頒佈禁看令，並回收有關李雪主的影音產品。

消息又指，北韓民眾對金正恩選擇沒有大學資歷的李雪主感到意外，而年紀較長的民眾對李雪主經常與金正恩手挽手出席公開場合稍有微言，又批評李雪主的衣著輕浮。但年輕人則愛模仿金正恩夫婦的穿衣風格及髮型，形容北韓的保守社會風氣正在起變化。

【丁牧群／台北報導】王金平的委任律師許英傑中午到台北高等行政法院撤回停止執行的假處分，許英傑表示，因為台北地院上午已將王金平仍保有國民黨員權利的執行命令，送達國民黨、立法院、中選會等3處，許因此認為，已經可確保王金平黨員及立委資格，因此向行政法院撤回原先所提出的假處分聲請。

許英傑並表示，暫時不會向行政法院提出行政訴訟，由於國民黨已經決定下周將針對北院的假處分裁定，向高院抗告，難道王金平方面不擔心有變數？許英傑表示，他們有自己的訴訟節奏，因此並不擔心。
