富味鄉涉《證交法》　負責人3兄弟列被告

【黃哲民／新北報導】調查局新北市調處查出富味鄉食品負責人陳文南及公司主管涉犯《證交法》散布不實資料等罪，今搜索富味鄉五股總公司、彰化工廠及陳男等人住家共11處地點，並約談包括陳文南、陳男胞弟陳瑞禮、陳錫銘、當初代表富味鄉發布重大訊息的女副總林秀蓉等共28人到案，晚間將以被告身分移送新北地檢署複訊。

彰化地檢署今年10月31日偵結富味鄉混油案，陳文南與擔任富味鄉董事的陳瑞禮都被起訴《刑法》詐欺罪嫌與違反《食品衛生管理法》罪嫌。
