又有颱風生成　3颱都對台灣無影響

【生活中心／台北報導】又有颱風形成，使西北太平洋海面同時出現3個颱風。繼日本東南方海面的熱帶性低氣壓上午形成今年第22號颱風「聖帕」後，今晚位於菲律賓東方海面的熱帶性低氣壓也增強為第23號颱風「菲特」（Fitow，米克羅尼西亞命名，原意為花名）。

菲特目前距離台灣約1500公里，根據日本氣象廳資料，未來朝北轉略為偏西的方向前進，朝日本琉球附近海面接近。中央氣象局預估，未來菲特颱風應不會影響台灣陸地天氣；至於位於越南附近的中颱蝴蝶和日本東南方海面的輕颱聖帕也都對台灣沒有影響。
