標題[心得] hTC New One 新一紫光送修

[日期]： 7/20 [送修方式]： 自己拿到忠孝新生捷運站附近的原廠維修中心。 [結果]： 目前未知。 維修站人員填了維修單送修， 說先去給工程師檢測，3-5天會快遞送回。 收到會再更新本文內容。 [維修單]： 手機問題那欄位上是寫： (1) 升級後紫光明顯 -------- -------- (服務人員自己畫雙線強調) (2) 一般光源下拍照，也有局部紫光 [起因]： 我的 New One 是 4/2 拿到的。 之前聽到紫光這個問題沒有特別注意， 自己覺得更新似乎沒這個問題， 兩星期前在室內要拍一個扭蛋扭到的擺飾， 拍了很多張，都有紫色的影子， 才遲鈍的想到應該可能是紫光問題。 家中同時有一隻蝴蝶， 在不管是拍黑布，還是在完全無光的房間內， 蝴蝶拍出來都是黑，新一拍出來都是紫， 所以今天找時間去原廠維修中心。 [送修過程]： 因為看到板上說打電話可能會被客服盧， 所以想說直接殺去維修中心， 服務人員一開始也是說低光有雜訊是正常， 也有問是否是高溫，高溫會紫是正常。 我就跟他說我在室內日光燈下面拍就有看到紫光了，溫度不高， 然後我有說查網路上有人說這可以送修。 維修人員聽完就把手機拿去測試，約三分鐘後出來，就跟我填修單了。 如果有打電話客服很盧不給修的人，也許可以考慮去原廠維修中心試試看。 另外服務人員說申請備用機要兩三天，然後是舊型大的 sim 卡， 所以我就沒申請。 [感想]： 我中午十二點一開門就進去維修中心了，大約有四、五個人在等， 我弄好要走的時候有一對中年夫婦(？) 進來也是跟服務人員說 New One 相機有紫光要送修 XD。 第一次買智慧型手機，新一使用三個月來也很滿意。 希望紫光問題送修可以改善。 (看完版上文章，不敢想修回來會完全正常 Orz)， 是希望 hTC 可以越做越好啦， 如果這次維修結果不好， 自己下隻手機也不會把 hTC 排除在外，還是先會看網路上大家的分享， 不過會比較不敢跟別人推薦 hTC 就是了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.219.173.13

標題[問題] 明天最後一天 換不換

上個禮拜日用大嬸帶了ZL回家 用了幾天蠻開心的於是就安心的升級4.2.2 因為sony一直被詬病就是wifi的問題 但因為家中有wifi 且就在我的房間 所以一直都無感 今天晚上到小7買晚餐 想說測試一下 果然...可能人品不太好 都沒有人佔頻寬的情況下 點FB時出現"連線發生問題" 我設定好幾次才連上去 明天是最後一天... 是否要拿去換 還是說... 其實換也沒用呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.173.182.4

標題[問題] Acer E2的音量控制顯示

小弟日前替老媽入手了一隻Acer E2 因為是老媽的第一把智慧型手機 所以免不了有些操作要講一下 然後就在昨天在教老媽如何用音量鍵切換震動模式的時候 發現按下音量鍵出現在那條音量大小的Bar 上面的圓點居然不會動... 不會動... 不會動... 囧斃了，雖然對我自己來說這是一個小BUG我可以無視它 可是對於老一輩的使用者來說，總不能跟他們說"靠直覺"吧XD 想請問有大大遇過這樣的狀況嘛? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.63.190
