香港金發局：港人民幣存款放緩

香港金融發展局發布報告，認香港人民幣存款增速放緩。

香港金融發展局報告指由2009年至2011年11月，香港人民幣存款大幅增長10倍後，增速明顯放緩。由2011年底至今年9月，撇除存款證及銀行同業存款，人民幣存款增長24%至7300億元，期內其他地區離岸人民幣存款增長約6.5倍，增至約3000億元。

報告認為，近兩年香港人民幣低速增長，與外部及制度因素有關，外部因素包括人民幣升值放緩、美元等主要利率超低、中國對外貿易的增長速度放緩等。而制度因素包括跨境流動渠道過窄、境外個人獲得人民幣額度有限、人民幣產品相對有限，收益率相對較低等。

報告亦提到，在港人民幣存款佔全球海外人民幣存量近75%，佔香港銀行存款比重約10%。在港發行的人民幣債券餘額4000多億元，人民幣貸款餘額逾千億港元，人民幣清算平台參加行超過200家。
