請問一下我去HiNet測試
下行速率 1.54Mbps
上行速率 305.62Kbps
這樣正常嗎?
HiNet測試下面的 HTTP傳輸方式下載都 2xxKB 再跑
有打給中華電信 電話線上測試也說速度偏低 (他有重新開啟)
但是中華電信維修人員有再外面的箱子測試說"正常"
(我也去很多地方下載測試最多也是2百多KB )
(沒用續傳軟體)
