今年因為工作的關係搬到了新北永和國中附近 當初因為沒有太多選擇且急著搬家就選定了現在住的地方 剛開始有跟房東小姐反應樓上漏水很吵,房東小姐也沒處理 只好自己鋪了一張腳踏墊在屋簷上才勉強解決 幾個月過去了,一切都還OK 上禮拜三(8/14)熱水器管線出問題,房東小姐的哥哥打電話跟我說要進來看一下 我心想我從來沒看過你耶,你誰阿? 還是勉強答應讓他進去看一下 也跟他說如果要開門希望可以先通知 後來就告知因為管線漏水,熱水部分會先關掉 最快禮拜一(8/19)才會好,好心的告訴我可以去隔壁借浴室 有谁會整整六天跟不認識的人借浴室 也不曉得如何配合時間 我就跟房東說了 房東就說幫我問了對方方便的時間 我還是覺得很扯,有甚麼水管壞要修六天 就算沒修好也要說一聲吧 最讓我不舒服的是 今天上完班回家發現浴室是濕的 我昨天也不在 兩天沒用的浴室怎麼可能是濕的 起碼以前沒有過, 惟一就是房東直接開門進來沒問過我 超不爽的,覺得很沒水準 只能說租屋真的有風險,還沒租之前都不清楚 碰到不好的房東只能自認倒楣 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.115.138.138 ※ 編輯: ccsj 來自: 58.115.138.138 (08/19 19:57)
