從防災出發 李鴻源推區域整併

內政部長李鴻源從防災角度推動防災型都更，他更重提「北北基合併」的概念。他說，都市計畫、救災、產業、觀光等概念，地方政府各做各的，行政資源重複投入，無法發揮規模經濟效益，透過資源共享、人力共享，規劃就會到位；因此不只「北北基」，還有「中彰投」、「雲嘉南」，都要認真考量區域整合，因為「這是台灣一定要走的路」。
