【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】iPhone 4是蘋果（Apple）上季亮眼財報的最大功臣，但若美國國際貿易委員會（International Trade Commission，ITC）對iPhone 4等蘋果舊款產品的進口禁令於當地時間4日午夜如期生效，勢將影響蘋果獲利表現。

ITC在6月裁定，蘋果部分產品侵犯三星電子（SAMSUNG）無線通訊專利，並禁止一系列蘋果產品輸入美國。

美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）與貿易代表傅洛曼（Michael Froman）審閱禁售令的2個月評估期將屆，若2人無法在當地時間4日午夜前介入推翻禁售令，蘋果相關侵權產品將遭禁止輸入美國，蘋果也必須停止在自家網站與零售店銷售這些產品。

自雷根（Ronald Reagan）總統在1987年推翻一件與三星記憶晶片有關的進口禁令後，未曾有美國總統否決ITC的裁定。不過如果歐巴馬拒絕插手，蘋果仍可向美國聯邦巡迴法院尋求援助，要求延遲實施禁售令。

【廖珮君、林潔禎／台北報導】彰銀（2801）下午召開董事會，官民股大戰4小時，對台新金（2887）的董事代表提與台新合併研究案列為「報告案」，引發公股不滿，認為台新是要「實質推動合併案」，4席公股董事在會中輪番質疑，公股提出撤回該合併研究議案，且要求全面終止執行，但台新不埋單，公股和台新代表各說各話。

據了解，在台新金堅不退讓下，此「合併研究案」最後是由台新5席董事代表完成「洽悉」，而4席公股董事（含2席獨董）則是「不洽悉」，並列入董事會紀錄。公股代表說，列董事會的會議紀錄，將做為未來雙方訴訟的依據，也是未來金管會審核台新合併彰銀時，做為准駁的參考。

針對外傳公股代表要在董事會中，以臨時提案方式提出撤換台新代表、彰銀董事長陳淮舟，公股董事強調：「從頭到尾董事會都沒說要撤換陳淮舟。」財政部也發聲明稿，特別澄清並無換人一事。

台新金總經理饒世湛下午面對媒體詢問時說，對於台新銀與彰銀合併，「台新金至始至終立場都沒有改變」，至於外界評論，他不予置評。

Mark Suster每一篇文章都好有料，給我好多靈感。今天要分享他寫的「9 Women Can’t Make a Baby in a Month」，翻成中文，就是「就算給你九個女人，也無法在一個月內搞出一個小孩」。

什麼意思呢？指得是這世界上有很多事情，就是需要花那麼多時間去磨，即使你把再多錢、人力丟進去，也沒辦法改變。當然懷胎需要九月，就是一個很真實的例子。但這個道理，其實更是適用於網路創業，尤其是一個追求「精實創業」的團隊。

千金難買Product / Market Fit

身為一個精實的新創團隊，初期的工作重點，應該全部都圍繞在找「Product/Market Fit」（符合市場需求的產品）這個東西上面。那是什麼？你可以想像「市場需求」是已經存在的（或許消費者知道，但大多數的時候他們並不知道），所以就像是拼圖一樣，你只需要找到那個對的產品，去填補消費者的需求。

當你能夠給消費者這個產品時，他們會為之瘋狂、塞爆你的伺服器、把你推到 App Store/Market 排行榜冠軍，你幾乎不用做任何事情，產品就會行銷自己。聽起好棒？對，但是這個點很難達到。更重要的是，就跟九個女人不能夠一人懷孕一個月一樣，給你九千萬，也不能幫你更快找到PMF。所以，這不是錢能解決的問題，更重要的，我建議你們先專注在找到 PMF，然後再去跟創投要錢。因為在那之前，錢一點幫助也沒有，甚至只會害了你──我知道這是很爛的比喻，不過想像你有九個老婆，但是只是想要生一個小孩。

九個工程師生一個產品？

做過軟體產品的人就知道，所謂的「人天/人月」（Man-Day/Man-Month），根本是一個偽裝的線性函數。在大多的情況之下，多丟幾個工程師進去，孩子還是要九個月才能生出來──因為你會花更多的時間在教育訓練、開會、確認API（應用程式介面）、確認DB Schema（資料庫綱要）、等那個死Bottle Neck、找出bug到底是在你的code還是我的code。尤其當你是創業初期，還在做MVP（Minimal Viable Product），還沒找到PMF，不需要很嚴謹的程式碼時，多幾個工程師，真的一點幫助也沒有。

創業的過程中，有太多事情，是錢不能解決的，無論它來得再容易。

上午九點半，國民黨立委攻堅，由總指揮陳鎮湘高舉一號戰術，立委分批從主席台兩側要上攻主席台，遭到民進黨強力抵抗，民進黨立委邱志偉拖住國民黨大黨鞭林鴻池，將他從拖到議場中間，壓制在地，引發朝野激烈口角，國民黨立院黨團書記長賴士葆也被拉破衣服，戰況激烈。

民進黨不斷挑釁，要負責指揮的陳鎮湘站在不要議場後面、躲在女人身後，民進黨立委高志鵬還多次將水瓶丟向陳鎮湘，陳鎮湘躲過，沒有多做回應。

國民黨高呼核四存廢、全民公投，民進黨反嗆擁核立委、迫害子孫。

【經濟日報╱記者麥育瑋／即時報導】核四公投案今天決戰立法院，在野黨自昨晚起占據議場主席台，在議場布置「反對續建核四」「核四立即停建」等標語及海報，並將椅子推擋立院院長王金平進出主席台的出入口，讓國民黨無法發動突襲，讓王金平上台主持議事。

立法院院會排定今天處理藍營立法委員李慶華提出的「你是否同意核四廠停止興建不得運轉？」公民投票案，但民進黨昨天傍晚發動戰術，藉「找東西」理由，成功進入議場，並占據主席台跨夜抗爭。稍晚台聯黨、親民黨也加入夜宿的陣營。

國民黨立委今清晨4點半發動突擊，雙方爆發不只一波衝突，然而藍營無法成功攻占主席台。

同時在野立委也將報紙塞在國民黨籍立委的電子表決器上，遭藍營要求議事人員清除。

在野黨霸占之餘，也播放音樂劇「悲慘世界」歌曲「Do you hear the people sing」，近日被改編成的台語版〈你敢有聽著咱唱歌？〉，在主席台上唱著「你敢有聽著咱唱歌？唱出艱苦人ㄟ苦疼，這是咱毋願一世人，成做奴隸ㄟ心聲」。
