（軍聞社記者李一豪臺北廿日電）針對近期媒體報導國軍後勤管理負面傳聞與質疑，國防部今天公開說明查證情形，強調若有查獲不法情事，一概依法移送偵辦，並呼籲媒體對相關謠言應詳加查證，避免錯誤視聽誤導民眾。

　國防部後次室軍整處處長崔宗傑少將上午在例行記者會中表示，有關「月祥湖撈出廢品」一事，日前委託新竹救難協會打撈，撈獲包括電瓶架等十餘件一般報廢品，經檢視外觀均已斑駁，可見丟棄時日已久，該情形顯示單位未按報廢程序將廢品回收至廢品收集區，而逕自丟棄湖中；針對案內缺失，國防部已要求各單位自我清查營區死角，並列為督察重點，凡經查獲絕對嚴懲不貸。

　針對媒體報導「資源回收商收藏戰車、軍中變賣賺取不法所得」一情，崔宗傑指出，該案是前陸軍後勤司令部在民國八十六年標售M18驅逐砲車，由於當時未管制廠商破壞完全，致車體轉售民人逕行組裝改造，且該案已在九十九年五月間由前憲兵司令部及陸軍查證在案，並移送軍法單位完成偵結。

　有關「軍車維修收取回扣」的傳聞，崔宗傑表示，國軍民用型車輛維修業務，由陸軍後勤指揮部與和泰等七家廠商簽約，須經勘驗、估價、核定才可進廠，且經主計、監察部門複審，款項則由主計單位直接撥付合約商帳戶，具層層把關監督機制，均依規定執行。

他強調，民眾若有發現國軍維修勤務存有不法，歡迎檢舉，共同揪出不肖人員。
